How quickly do you reply, and in which languages?
Within one business day, in English, French or German. If it is urgent, email me directly or book a 15-minute call from the header.
Do you meet clients in Valais, or is everything remote?
Both. The studio is in St-Luc, in the Val d’Anniviers. Meetings in Sion, Sierre, Martigny or Crans-Montana are easy; elsewhere in Switzerland we work remote-first, with a visit when the project needs it.
What happens after I send the form?
I read the brief, ask clarifying questions if needed, then send a fixed quote. You get a written estimate before any work starts: no hourly surprises.
Is the quote free, and do I already need a budget?
The first call and the estimate are free. Published packages start at CHF 1,800 (Startup, up to 6 pages) and CHF 4,800 (Business). A range helps me scope the work, but “I need a new site and I do not know the number yet” is a valid start.
