Contact FAQ

Clear answers before sending a message or booking an intro call.

How quickly do you reply, and in which languages?

Within one business day, in English, French or German. If it is urgent, email me directly or book a 15-minute call from the header.

Do you meet clients in person, or is everything remote?

Both. The studio is in St-Luc, in the Val d’Anniviers. Meetings in Sion, Sierre, Martigny or Crans-Montana are easy; elsewhere in Switzerland I work remote-first, with a visit when the project needs it.

What happens after I send the form?

I read the brief, ask clarifying questions if needed, then send a fixed quote. You get a written estimate before any work starts: no hourly surprises.

Is the quote free, and do I already need a budget?

The first call and the estimate are free. Published packages are CHF 1,900 (Showcase Pro, up to 3 key pages), CHF 4,900 (SME Growth, up to 8 pages, CMS included), and from CHF 9,900 (SME Bespoke). A range helps me scope the work, but “I need a new site and I do not know the number yet” is a valid start.

Where is the studio based?

TONYTONY Sàrl, Chemin de la Mounta 24, 3961 St-Luc, Switzerland. Phone +41774214492. Email hey@tonytony.ch.
