Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20.10.2026
tonytony.ch sets one cookie of its own: the one that remembers your cookie choice. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you click “Accept all”. Everything else on the site is either cookieless or loads only when you act. This page lists every cookie and storage entry, what it does and how long it lasts. How we handle personal data in general is explained in our Privacy Policy.
§ 1 What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise a setting or a visit later. First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting (here: tonytony.ch); third-party cookies are set by another domain, such as google.com. Browsers also offer local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way: local storage persists until you clear it, session storage disappears when you close the tab. This policy covers all of them.
§ 2 How we decide what needs your consent
Under Swiss law (Art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act and the FADP), you must be informed about cookies and be able to refuse them. Under EU rules, non-essential cookies need your prior consent. We apply the stricter rule to every visitor:
- Strictly necessary: needed to remember your choices or to protect the site. These are set without asking, because the site cannot work properly without them.
- Analytics: set only after you click “Accept all”. If you click “Reject non-essential” or ignore the banner, they are never set.
We use no advertising, retargeting or social media cookies.

Services that set no cookies
The following services load on some or all pages but store nothing in your browser. They still receive your IP address when they deliver their content; see § 4 of the Privacy Policy.
- Netlify (hosting), Sanity (images) and jsDelivr (open-source scripts): no cookies.
- Fathom Analytics: cookieless statistics. No cookies, no local storage, no stored IP addresses.
- Mux (videos on case-study pages): the player is configured with cookies switched off.
- Vimeo (film on the studio page): the player loads only when you press play, in Vimeo’s “do not track” mode, in which Vimeo states it sets no cookies.
- Google Maps (map on the studio page): sets no cookies on tonytony.ch. If you already have cookies from Google in your browser, Google’s own policy governs them.
- Basin (contact form): no cookies.
When you leave this site
The “Book a call” links open our booking page on Cal.com, and other links lead to sites such as LinkedIn or Webflow. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies; we have no control over them.
§ 4 Changing your choice
You can change your mind at any time. Open cookie settings to bring the banner back: your previous choice is cleared and, if you had accepted, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted until you decide again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge, look for “Privacy” or “Cookies and site data”). Blocking every cookie will not break this site, but the cookie banner will then reappear on each visit.
§ 5 Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever a cookie is added, removed or changed. The date of the last update is shown at the top. For questions, write to legal@tonytony.ch.
