Do you work from our existing brand guidelines, or design from scratch?
Both. If you have a brand system, I extend it to the web without breaking its logic, your typography, palette and tone carry over. If you don't, I design the visual identity first or work alongside your existing designer. The site ends up coherent rather than stitched together.
What do I actually receive before you start building?
A full design in Figma: every page, every breakpoint, real content rather than lorem ipsum, and the component states, hover, empty, error, loading. You approve what you can see. Nothing goes into Webflow until the design is signed off, so there are no surprises at build stage.
Do you offer website redesigns (e.g. migrating from WordPress to Webflow)?
Yes, website redesigns are one of our core services. If your existing WordPress, Wix, or Joomla site has become slow or outdated, I rebuild it in Webflow or Astro with a modern design and a strict 301 redirect mapping so your SEO authority and Google rankings remain completely intact.

How many design rounds are included, and how do revisions work?
Two rounds of revisions are included at the design stage, which is where changes are cheap. Structural rework once the Webflow build has started is quoted separately, not to penalise you, but because moving a section in Figma takes minutes and moving it in a built site takes hours.
Can my team add new pages later without wrecking the design?
That's the point of designing in components. You get a documented set of sections (hero, feature grid, testimonial, pricing, CTA) plus rules on what to use when. New landing pages get assembled from parts that already work on mobile and already meet contrast requirements, rather than improvised.
